新年あけましておめでとうございます。

今年は丙午（ひのえうま）の年にあたります。
日本の暦には、時間の流れを示す十二支と、物事の成長段階を表す十干という考え方があります。十干の「丙」は物事が明るく表に現れ、動き出す段階を意味し、十二支の「午」は前進や行動力を象徴します。丙午は、エネルギーに満ち、新たな挑戦が形になりやすい年とも言われています。
また、十干と十二支が一巡する60年は「還暦」と呼ばれ、終わりではなく、新しい循環の始まりを意味します。経験を重ねたうえで、改めて次の新たな一歩を踏み出す節目の年とも言えるでしょう。
社会の変化は目まぐるしいものがあります。当社もこれまで培ってきた技術や価値を大切にしながら、時代に即した変化と挑戦を重ね、次の循環へと歩みを進めていきます。
一つひとつの仕事に誠実に向き合い、小さな改善と成長を積み重ねることが、未来への確かな基盤になると考えております。4年後の創業200周年を見据えて、その道筋を固めてまいります。

New Year’s Greeting
We sincerely thank you for your exceptional support throughout the past year.
This year marks the Year of the Fire Horse (丙午 Hinoe Uma). The Japanese calendar is based on the concept of the Twelve Earthly Branches, which signify the flow of time, and the Ten Heavenly Stems, which represent the growth stages. “丙” is one of the Ten Heavenly Stems and signifies the stage where things brightly emerge and move forward. “馬” is one of the Twelve Earthly Branches that symbolizes progress and energy. 丙午 is said to be a year full of energy, where new challenges tend to take shape.
The 60th year is called “還暦 Kanreki”, when the Ten Heavenly Stems and Twelve Earthly Branches complete one cycle. It signifies the beginning of a new cycle and can also be said to be a milestone year, where one takes a fresh step forward after accumulating experience.
Our society is experiencing rapid change. While respecting the expertise and values we have cultivated over the years, we will continue to embrace change and challenges, advancing toward the next cycle.
We believe that approaching each business with sincerity and accumulating small improvements and growth will form a solid foundation for the future. With our sights set on our 200th anniversary four years from now, we will solidify the path forward.
